I’m Ellen Booth, a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist in Bournemouth, with additional qualifications in Reiki at a 2nd degree Practitioner level.
The primary service I offer is hypnotherapy. Alongside traditional hypnotherapeutic techniques, I also incorporate Reiki, using a deep understanding of how to combine Reiki with hypnotherapy to create a healing energy in my hypnotherapeutic solutions.
I started my hypnotherapy training in 2003 when I was 22 years old and studied with the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy for 2 years. I first completed a Certificate Course, then a Diploma, followed by a Practitioner Diploma. I began my hypnotherapy practice in 2004 and have been working with clients in Bournemouth and beyond ever since. I am also a registered member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis - www.bsch.org.uk.
In 2012, I completed my Reiki qualification with Of Lillies in Bournemouth, achieving 2nd Degree Reiki, Practitioner Level.
I offer support across a wide range of areas — from aiding in quitting smoking to childhood sexual abuse therapy, inner child healing, and overcoming substance and alcohol dependency with alcohol hypnotherapy. Some people believe they must fully accept the process for therapy to work. The truth is, you don’t have to fully believe in hypnotherapy to benefit from it.
